Case #2 – 24 Webster Street
The owner has applied for a Special Permit Amendment to alter, enlarge and extend a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family to allow the expansion and addition of the second story to accommodate two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The property is located in the Single Residence B (SR-B) District.
