Due to the applicants’ absence, the board continued the hearing on the third garage application to its next meeting. However, they approved a request to add a second floor to an existing non-conforming house. The meeting is currently available for viewing in the window below:

Case #1 – 62 Kimball Street
Douglas Sherman, Applicant, applied for a Special Permit to allow for an additional third garage.

Case #2 – 60 Ellicott Street
Zhe Zhu and Fang Guo, Owners, applied for a Special Permit to allow the extension, alteration, and enlargement of the lawful, pre-existing non-conforming single-family. The relief is associated with adding a second floor the total length of the non-conforming left side wall of the first floor which is 35” in length.
