Case #1 – 187 Brookline Street
The Town of Needham, applied for a special permit for the continued use of the existing non-conforming parking area at the Mitchell School. No change to the existing parking area is proposed. The relief sought is associated with the installation of another modular classroom building in the south east portion of the site adjacent to the entrance drive which will be in conformance to zoning setbacks, lot coverage and FAR requirements.

Case #2 – 37 Forest Street
Babson College (Facilities Management and Planning Department) applied for a special permit seeking to waive strict adherence to the parking requirements. The waiver request is associated with the existing single-family house which will be used for office and administrative uses associated with Babson College. Babson College is an exempt use under MGL40A.

Case #3 – 1 Wellesley Avenue continued from September 20,2018
Applicant seeks a special permit to demolish the existing house (that straddles the Needham/Wellesley town line), existing greenhouses, existing garage/storage structure, and existing structures incident to the greenhouse operations, and to replace them with two two-family structures. Request for a continuance to November 15, 2018
